How to Recall a Trading Partner Application

A trading partner can recall a partially completed application at any time. However, once an application is submitted, a recall cannot be done.

To recall a trading partner application

  1. On the Provider menu, click Enrollment.

    The Provider Enrollment page is displayed.

  2. In the Recall Trading Partner Application panel, enter the Application Tracking # and the SSN/FEIN entered on the application.
  3. Click Submit.

    The Identifying Information page is displayed with any previously entered information.

  4. To finish the enrollment process, complete any incomplete pages.
